WTT is a local company rooted in the cultures, lifestyle and future of Eastern Connecticut. Attention to detail, passionate service delivery and the specific benefit to the client are WTT trademarks. Rob Austin founded WTT on the principles of lifelong learning, career and skill development education. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education and has a solid track record of delivering workshops, seminars and in-service training, including 6 years of experience designing and delivering outstanding programs for the clients of the Eastern Connecticut Workforce Investment Board (EWIB).

With an award winning background in education, Rob designs workshops with the learning objective and focus on career/job search. He is a firm believer in the best practices of adult learning theory.

Born and raised in Eastern Connecticut, Rob’s large extended family is scattered throughout the region. They are employed (many at the Director level) at the Montville Public Schools, Electric Boat, Groton Regency Center, Navy Sub Base, Pfizer and the Coast Guard Academy. He is a graduate of St. Bernard High School in Uncasville, where he is an Athletic Hall of Fame Inductee. He has four daughters. Rob’s family connections and roots are in Eastern Connecticut.
